• Continue Working on the Fundraising Agreement
• Start assisting Wikimedia Macau for Chinese Wikimedia Conference in several fields

Secretariat

• The draft of Sponsorship Project has been set up and published internally.
• Preparing bylaws for the Council, getting ready for the relevant consulation

Treasury

• Start working on the infrastructure on the fundraising

Outreach

• The press conference of the Creative archive has held on 9th September in Hong Kong University, as well as briefly introducing it at the software freedom day.
• The co-ordination with Macau WIkimedian Community is till on progress
