From Wikimedia Hong Kong, the Local Wikimedia Chapter in Hong Kong
根據協會籌備委員會的決議，為方便會務和財務上的安排，香港維基媒體協會將會根據《公司條例》(香港法例第32章)註冊為無股本的擔保有限公司。而根據相關法例的規定，協會會章將由兩部分組成。
According to the resolutions of the Preliminary Committee of the chapter, Wikimedia Hong Kong was registered as a Company Limited by guarantee and not having a share capital, under Chapter 32 Company Ordinance of Hong Kong for administration financial reasons. According to the Ordinance, the Constitution consist two parts:

組織架構簡介 ※ Organization
- 香港維基媒體協會主要由會員大會、代表會和理事會組成
- 代表會及理事會的任期各為兩年
- Wikimedia Hong Kong consists the Members Assembly, the Council & the Directory
- The term of office for the councilors directors are two years.
代表會 ※ The Council
代表會由5名代表組成，其中3名代表由會員大會選舉產生，並設主席一人和秘書一人。
The Council consists 5 Councilors, 3 of them should be elected by popular votes. The Council consists a Chairperson a Secretary.
理事會 ※ The Directory
理事會經由會員大會選舉產生，設主席、副主席、秘書和財政各一名，其他理事若干名。
The Directory should be composed of five to thirteen directors, who should be elected by the Members of the Company. The Directory should consist a President, a Deputy President, a Secretary, a Treasurer several directors.
