Members Assembly

From Wikimedia Hong Kong, the Local Wikimedia Chapter in Hong Kong

According to the the Articles of Association, Members Assembly is the ultimate authority of the Chapter. All the members of the chapter is eligible to attend the assembly. The Assembly shall assemble at least once a year, however an extraordinary meeting can be assembled if necessary.

根據本會《組織章程細則》，會員大會為本會最高權力機構，所有會員有權出席。會員大會每年至少召開一次，必要時也可以召開會員特別大會。
