本會的發起人於公元二零零七年七月二十一日根據《香港維基媒體協會有限公司組織章程細則》第四章第十六條之規定，召開第一次臨時理事會會議。

According to article 4.16, the Articles of Association of Wikimedia Hong Kong Limited, the subscribers of the association had been assembled on Saturday, July 21^st, 2007 AD as the members of the Provisional Directory.

根據章程細則置主席、副主席、秘書和財政各一人，理事二人。

According to the the Articles of Association, in such Provisional Directory, there shall be a president, a deputy-president, a secretary, a treasurer and 2 directors, who were confirmed in the meeting mentioned above.
