Secretariat

From Wikimedia Hong Kong, the Local Wikimedia Chapter in Hong Kong

A resolution forming a secretariat for Wikimedia Hong Kong had passed on the 10^th meeting of the Provisional Directory, according to article 4.13, the Articles of Association of Wikimedia Hong Kong Limited. The staff list and task had been renewed on the 1^st meeting of the 1^st Directory.

Mission

The mission of the secretariat is to handle all the paperworks related to the Chapter, and coordinates different commissions when they need to work together.

Tasks

• to prepare documents that the Directory had asked
• to handle part of the communications that mentioned by Directory resolutions
• to draft proposals & reports for the Directory
• to handle membership-related and general inquiries about the Chapter
• to coordinate works of different commissions
• other tasks that demanded by the Directory

Personnel

The secretariat shall be led by the Secretary of the Chapter, the Current Secretary of the Chapter is Mr. Y. Y. Lee

The duties and works are handled by Administrative Assistants and Advisors. Current staff includes:
